How to buy online from Shoezies

Make your choice from our website. Contact us either through the ‘Enquire Now’ or ‘Contact us’ tab or phone (04 382 88 00). If you have questions this is a good time ask as this information can save time and expense later on. phoning is a good option as we can get straight to the chase and collect payer details as well.

Once you’ve decided to go ahead you provide us with your credit card details and postal address. We send the goods on appro – at our expense. The appro period is 24 hrs from the time you recieve the goods. If we have not heard from you in this time to either confirm or decline the purchase, we will put the transaction through.

If you decide not to take the shoes you repackage and send the goods back to us at your expense. We would appreciate that if you decide to return the goods that you tell us either by phone or email as we are a normal retailer as opposed to a dedicated online store. So if it’s in the post it’s handy for us to know it in case someone wants that particular size.

* We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause. The reason for it is that if we send out on a Friday goods sit in a depot over the weekend. When they do reach the customer they may be unsuitable (often the case) and are therefore sent back. This process often takes a week +. So you can make an order over the weekend but note that it will be subject to availability on Monday. It’s definitely a good idea to order over the weekend so we can package up first thing Monday ready for sending in the afternoon. Thanks for your understanding.
