For the last 8 years Shoezies have built up a successful shoe boutique in High St Christchurch importing and selling Italian, French and Spanish fashion shoes for women. The shop was destroyed in the Feb 22 earthquake which hit the CBD of the garden city particularly hard, rendering it a ‘red’ or no go zone since. After a trying year Shoezies have relocated to Wellington and now stand on the corner of Wakefield and Tory St as part of the Museum Hotel building.

Most of our shoes are handmade by families who have developed their craft over generations. We share their passion for the product and the satisfaction of handling shoes that are made with integrity. We specialize in dress as well as casual footwear with an emphasis on quality and style.

Stock is sourced directly from manufacturers in Europe. We spend a lot of time searching for interesting styles; shoes on the edge of the mainstream; shoes that truely reflect the art and innovation of Italian and Spanish design and craftsmanship.
